LF-1000LN Pinspotter 110V
The LF-1000LN Pinspotter is a portable unit that welds 14-gauge PN style pins on up to 22-gauge steel. Insert PN Pin into the TP-2 magnetic tip and depress trigger. A timed burst of electricity fuses the pin to the steel. The LF can also weld LN style pins with the use of a TPL-2 Tip. Tip purchased separately. Available in 110V 50 to 60hz; fuse for 15 amps.

MF-12 Compact Pinspotter
Duro Dyne’s MF has been the standard for entry level “through-insulation” welders for over 30 years. Proven performance and high reliability have made the MF a “Must Have” for any sheet metal shop which does occasional insulating.
The MF-12 was built on that history, and created a new pinspotter with greater power and versatility. Special design welding transformers allow the MF-12 to deliver more power, precisely timed to the welding tip. The new MF-12 will weld pins from 1/2 inch to 2 inches long on steel from 26 to 20-gauge. Proven solid-state weld control circuitry guarantees years of reliable, troublefree service in your shop. Input voltage: 208-230V, 60hz single phase, 30 amp service.

CCD110 Compact Pinspotter
The CCD110, Capacitor Discharge Welder, is designed for the convenience and comfort of the operator. It is powered by a 110 volt power source so it is ideal for smaller shops and light industrial applications. It will weld pins from 1/2″ to 4″ long onto steel from 26 to 20 gauge. Its portability on the job, enhanced by its adjustable shoulder strap, makes the CCD110 a smart choice for insulation applications. The CCD110 also features a stud capacity of up to 1/4″ steel and stainless steel for enhanced versatility.

CDMF110 Compact Pinspotter
Duro Dyne’s CDMF110, a compact pinspotter with greater power and versatility that is powered by a single 110 volt power source! Special design welding capacitors allow the CDMF110 to deliver more power, precisely timed to the welding tip. The CDMF110 will weld pins from 1/2 inch up to 4 inches long on steel from 26 to 16-gauge. It is designed for use with both internal duct liner as well as external foil faced duct wrap. Proven solid-state weld control circuitry guarantees years of reliable, trouble-free service in your shop.

PBF-510 Heavy Duty Pinspotter
The PBF-510 welds BDEP, CTC, SSP, CP, FTC, PN or LN type fasteners to ductwork from 26 to 16-gauge. Will accommodate pins up to 4″. It requires 220 volt, 50 to 60 hz service fused for 100 amps. Place a pin on the magnetic tip, insert the pin through the insulation, give the pin a 1/4 twist and depress the trigger switch. For LN type fasteners use a TPL2 tip. For PN type fasteners use a TP2 tip.

FG MACH I & IIA Automatic Bulk Feed Pinspotter
with 5FT Throat
The FG MACH I & FG MACH IIA welds BDEP, CTC, SSP, CP & FTC type fasteners. The FG MACH I can weld to ductwork up to 20-gauge. It requires 220v, 50 to 60hz; service fused for 30 amps. The FG MACH IIA can weld to ductwork up to 18-gauge. It requires 220v, 50 to 60hz service, fused for 100 amps. A source of 85 psi air is required for both. Footswitch actuated, fasteners are inserted through the insulation and welded in place.

LS-5 Liner Sizer Insulation Cutter
The LS-5 Liner Sizer is a manual insulation cutter that slits fiberglass insulation to length and width. The operator feeds the insulation with a crank handle to the desired length. An adjustable slitter blade automatically cuts to desired width. The operator then pulls the crosscut blade across the machine and removes the sized insulation. The LS-5 Liner Sizer is for use with 1/2″ to 2″ Liner.

Since introducing the Model LS manually operated insulation cutter, Duro Dyne recognized a growing demand for a motor driven automatic insulation cutting machine which would stand up to heavy shop usage without sacrificing quality or accuracy. The model PLS is the result of an intensive development program to provide an automatic insulation cutter which would meet the high standards required by Duro Dyne as well as the speed and efficiency required by contractors.
